Refund policy

• Pre-orders: fully refundable on request any time before the product ships, and refunded automatically if the product is cancelled or misses its stated ship date.
• Subscriptions: cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. If a product doesn't work for you in your first month, email us for a full refund of that month.
• Product pages may offer more generous terms; where they do, those apply.
